STOTT PILATES®
A stabilizing and strengthening exercise system, inspired by the work of Joseph Pilates. The method utilizes spring-based tension on specialized equipment. Pilates can be a great option for injury prevention and recovery. It places emphasis on postural alignment and stabilization of the joints. Pilates is known for fantastic "core-work" and is an effective strength training program.
